How much does shipping cost in Italy?
Shipping costs vary depending on the order placed. Shipping at €5.90 for all orders up to €50* spend, free for orders of €50 or more.

 

What is the shipping and delivery time?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 24-48h except for remote areas, south and islands. All shipments are by express courier.
For purchases made during specific periods characterized by promotions and during holiday periods (e.g., Christmas) normal set-up and shipping times may not be guaranteed. However, we will strive to have orders shipped as soon as possible.

 

Is it possible to request delivery at a pickup point?
Yes, you can request delivery to a pickup point. To do this, place your order by initially entering your address. Next, you will need to keep an eye on your inbox and/or package tracking to follow the necessary directions and request delivery to a GLS pickup point. When the parcel is entrusted to the courier, you will receive the email in which you can edit and choose the Parcel shop.

Attualmente spediamo in questi paesi:
ZONA 1: Austria, Germania, Belgio, Francia, Paesi Bassi, Lussemburgo, Danimarca, Spagna (ad eccezione delle Isole Baleari, Canarie, Ceruta e Melilla).
Costo: 17,90€ fino a 149€, gratuita per ordini pari o superiori a 150€
ZONA 2: Portogallo (ad eccezione di Madeira e Azzorre), Croazia, Polonia, Repubblica Ceca, Slovacchia, Svezia.
Costo: 19,90€ fino a 169€, gratuita per ordini pari o superiori a 170€
ZONA 3: Bulgaria, Finlandia, Romania, Eire, Lituania.
Costo: 25,90€ fino a 249€, gratuita per ordini pari o superiori a 250€

Delivery time for foreign countries ranges from 4 to 6 working days.
