Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, subject to the following points.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Recharge Me notice of withdrawal no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The date indicated on the delivery receipt will be decisive.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer by sending Recharge Me a notice containing the express statement that he/she wishes to assert the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, as well as the relevant order number that is intended to be withdrawn. To assert the right of withdrawal, the Customer may send an e-mail to: info@rechargemesystem.it

The following information should be included in the communication:

  • Client's First and Last Name;
  • Client address;
  • Order number and date of purchase;
  • Item description, quantity, reason for return and amount paid.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Customer shall return the Products to Recharge Me without delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the notice of withdrawal. The deadline is met if the Customer sends the Products within 14 (fourteen) days of the notice of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the notice, Recharge Me will notify the customer by e-mail how to ship the products, which must be done no later than 14 working days from the date on which the customer expressly exercised the right of withdrawal.

If the Customer withdraws from the purchase contract pursuant to the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer will be refunded the costs already paid to Recharge Me, except for delivery charges. Such refunds will be made through the same payment instrument chosen for the first transaction, unless the Customer has expressly requested a different payment instrument.

Refunds may be discontinued by Recharge Me until delivery of the Products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment.

Finally, please consider that the consumer customer, according to the Consumer Code can not exercise the right of withdrawal if it is found:

  • The opening of the product, which then compromised its integrity;
  • The absence of items that are part of the product (e.g., pouch, cap, dispenser, etc.);
  • Damage to the product;
  • Goods returned beyond 14 business days which is the maximum return period.

Please note that, shipping costs related to the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer as provided in Article 57, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code.

The consumer customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in case of purchase of Digital Gift Cards (or Gift Vouchers), consequently the amount spent on the purchase of this type of product will not be refunded.
